Due to the abundance of adulterated products in the market, he wants consumers to experience the genuine, unadulterated sweetness. The traditional method of producing 100% pure coconut palm sugar is more time-consuming,labor-intensive, and yields a smaller quantity. Pa Sai Chon shared,Ourhighlight is using freshly squeezed coconut milk. As soon as it's squeezed, we put it on the stove because the coconut milk shop is nearby. This keeps it fresh and fragrant. We also roast our peanuts fresh every morning. It took a lot of trial and error to perfect our recipe.

We primarily use a blend of Mon-thong and Cha-nee varieties, creating a unique flavor profile that we love. These durians are sourced fromTha-Mai, Chanthaburi, and Jet-Luk-Narn, Rayong, two of Thailand's premier durian-producing regions.
